You’ll discover real Sicilian street food made from authentic ingredients, flavours, smells and colors of Sicily. Behind these, there are a lot of memories, including family traditions, popular festivals and values all about the Sicilian culture.
Over the course of the class, you will be taught how to prepare Arancine alla Norma*: crispy hand-made Arancine with a heart of fresh Aubergine and salted ricotta – typical Sicilian dish.
