We are looking for a fantastic supervisor to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a supervisor, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Reporting Line:

Day to day – Market Operations


  • Assist the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager in day to day floor operations.
  • Supervise the floor ensuring that all policies and procedures dictated by the Site Manager are followed by all vendors and Mercato Metropolitano staff.
  • Assist monitoring sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance throughout the Mercato Metropolitano site.
  • Observe performance of traders and encourage improvement where necessary.
  • Coordinate all service providers and consultants (electrician, maintenance, security, etc.).
  • Supervise and coordinate Hospitality Team.
  • Prepare closing reports and sales summaries.
  • Act as fire marshals and first aid officer.
  • Supervise cleanliness of whole Mercato Metropolitano site
